VICKERS電磁閥DG4S4-012A-U-C60 VICKERS電磁閥和安全閥為一體,組成先導(dǎo)式壓力閥,該閥即是卸荷閥又是安全閥,有時又是溢流閥.卸荷時其控制油道貫穿各路換向閥,同前述卸荷油道.當(dāng)各路換向閥處于中立位置時,卸荷閥的控制油道(見圖1b和圖2)貫穿各路換向閥并與油箱連通.卸荷時,大部分油液卸荷,通道短,壓力損失低.任一路閥換向工作,便切斷控制油道,油源來油就從換向閥進入執(zhí)行元件工作,其工作壓力大小由導(dǎo)閥控制.此時系統(tǒng)壓力為導(dǎo)閥調(diào)整壓力.該種卸荷方式,即使換向閥路數(shù)增加,只是控制油道增加,卸荷壓力增加不大,始終保持較低卸荷壓力,此種卸荷方式多用于手動換向閥,卸荷可靠.
